Doctoral Program Grants
Doctoral Program Grants are for eligible students enrolled in one of these CSU Doctoral Programs:
- Education
- Audiology
- Nursing Practice
- Occupational Therapy
To be eligible, student must:
- Complete a FAFSA/CADAA application and have an eligible EFC and have financial need established.
- Enrolled for the term in one of the above programs and paying the Doctorate Fee.
- Classified as a California Resident.
- Meet all the requirements to be considered eligible.
Award amounts can vary from $500 to the full amount of the doctorate tuition fee charged depending on funding levels.
Doctoral students receiving a tuition-designated award (employee fee waiver, grant, or scholarship) that covers all doctorate tuition fees are not eligible for a doctoral grant. Students who are auditing classes or taking classes for βno creditβ are not eligible for any financial aid towards those registration fees.
Awarding Process:
Grants are awarded after census of each semester once the funding levels have been
established.
