Silicon Valley Center for Artificial Intelligence and Cybersecurity
The Silicon Valley Center for Artificial Intelligence and Cybersecurity supports the
development of a broadly informed and well-prepared citizenry and workforce who understand
the security, privacy and policy challenges of a highly integrated, information-rich
world.
The Center for Information Research and Innovation at the School of Information fosters
research in the field of information science, aimed at generating exemplary new practices
and innovative products that benefit a global audience.
The Intelligent Conversational Agents and Neural Networks Lab, also known as ICANN
(pronounced: I can) Lab, operates 100 percent online. The Lab brings together graduate
and undergraduate students, as well as collaborators, to tackle diverse challenges in information and data science. By embracing a socio-technical
viewpoint, the ICANN Lab fosters innovative research and develops cutting-edge solutions in
these dynamic fields.
The CIRCLE Project unites students, faculty and staff from diverse disciplines and
backgrounds at San José State University in meaningful conversations and active engagement
with digital technologies and their broader social impacts.
The iSchool Library Technology Intergration Lab aims to provide leadership in integrating
