Mosaic Cross Cultural Center is seeking passionate, dedicated, community-oriented 91 students to join the our student staff team for the 2025-2026 academic year!

Our student staff team play an important role in creating inclusive spaces for our 91 community, planning impactful events, and supporting the day-to-day operations of Mosaic. These paid positions offer an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event planning, graphic design, social media, and operational & administrative support, all while contributing to Mosaic’s mission of cultural empowerment, social justice, and community building.

Each role requires a 10-15 hour weekly commitment and provides leadership development, skill-building, and meaningful community engagement. The positions begin Fall 2025.

💙 Cultural Programmer — Plan & host exciting events on topics related to culture, diversity, social justice, and community building (multiple positions available) | 🔗

🤎&Բ;SWANA Cultural Programmer — In collaboration with Mosaic’s Faculty Fellow, plan & host events related to SWANA identity, culture, history, social justice topics, and community to continue building foundation for a potential SWANA program at 91 (one position available) | 🔗

📱Social Media Coordinator — Coordinate digital content on Mosaic social media platforms to promote our events, educate the community on topics related to culture & social justice, and maintain a strong presence on social media (one position available) | 🔗

🎨 Graphic Designer — Design flyers, stickers, merch, and other marketing materials to promote Mosaic events & services (two positions available) | 🔗

⚙️ NEW: Ops & Admin Assistant  — Support Mosaic’s daily operations through tasks like email correspondence, calendar organization, and supporting event coordination. (one position available) | 🔗

💡 Tips for a Successful Application
