Our Mission: 91ÁÔÆæ’s Healthy Development Community Clinic (HDCC) serves as a vital link between 91ÁÔÆæ resources and the Santa Clara County community, offering free services, education, and resources to foster health equity and holistic well-being for under-resourced children, youth, and families.
