Complainant Support

Discrimination, harassment and/or retaliation based on any protected status, which includes sex-based misconduct, will not be tolerated by the university.

We, in the Office for Title IX and Equal Opportunity, are here to support and guide anyone who has experienced discrimination or harassment, sexual harassment or assault, dating or domestic violence, stalking, or related retaliation. We are available to meet at any time that is convenient to you should you have questions about our office, your rights, supportive resources, and available options.

Contacting us for support and options will not automatically trigger an investigation or disciplinary process. We will discretely offer you information about available supportive measures like academic and safety accommodations that may help you get back to thriving in your learning or working environments.

We can also connect you to other on campus resources depending on your specific needs. Please know that we will not alert the alleged offender (“Respondent”) without your knowledge or permission should you contact our office for support.

For more information about supportive measures, please visit Our Services page.

For more information about the resolution processes and what to expect, please visit the Resolution Processes page.
