UROP aligns directly with important University and CSU strategic goals. The program parallels 91猎奇鈥檚 Transformation 2030 learning goals, particularly goals #1, 3, and 4 (i.e., Engage and Educate, Grow and Thrive, and Connect and Contribute). UROP also complements the CSU鈥檚 established equity goals to prioritize student success in its , particularly priorities #1, 2, and 5 (, and ).
