Auditing
(ATI) reporting requires an annual manual audit of key university web pages. In addition to that audit, the Web Operations Group will review critical 91ÁÔÆæ digital infrastructure to ensure compliance with guidelines on a quarterly basis.
Website owners will be notified of their website’s non-compliance and an improvement plan will be enacted to bring the website into compliance. Sites not making progress per the improvement plan may be deleted at the discretion of the Web Operations Group.
Content hygiene and quality control
Every month, most of 91ÁÔÆæ’s digital presence is scanned and rated by our quality control tool. Various metrics for accessibility, usability, SEO, and other guidelines, are assessed and aggregated into an overall rating for every division and college.
A formal action plan for Website Owners and Web Content Creators is in development and will be shared later in summer 2023
Ratings
Ratings are an aggregate score combining metrics related to the quality, accessibility, and search-engine optimization of content. Of the individual metrics, the accessibility portion is the most critical piece to focus on, but making regular progress at improving all metrics is more important than having a high aggregated score.
These scores are current as of May 2023.
