The IT Service Desk is the first point of contact for any campus user who requires technical support. Service Desk staff route support tickets to the appropriate group within IT who can address the issue. Some groups have additional support intake forms for specific requests, but for optimal business operations users should initiate contact through the IT Service Desk by:

Emergency notification banner

University Marketing and Communications is responsible for the activation of the emergency notification banner which provides a timely alert to our campus community of situations that require broad awareness or compliance, such as COVID-19 and masking protocols or emergency announcements. The banner appears globally at the top of every 91ÁÔÆæ webpage on the main sjsu.edu domain. The banner is only activated if the incident affects the entire campus community.
