Exploratory Drop-In Advising

The Exploratory Student Success Center offers daily drop-in advising for Exploratory/undeclared students ONLY! Exploratory students can have their questions addressed without scheduling an appointment. Exploratory students can attend any Exploratory advisor's drop-in slots. There are both in-person and virtual drop-in advising sessions available. Please check our for any updates.

Drop-in advising sessions are for quick 10-15 minute questions. Students are seen on a first-come, first-serve basis. Topics may include:

  • Adding / Dropping a course
  • Course Schedule
  • Intended Major (Change of Major)
  • 91ΑΤΖζ Policies and Procedures

If you need more time or have questions about an Exploratory / Undeclared Advising Hold on your account, please schedule an appointment through Spartan Connect.

The Exploratory Student Success team only offers drop-in advising hours during the scheduled posted times. Advisors may not be able to accomadate a student outside of their drop-in hours without an appointment. The student will be asked to schedule a future appointment or attend the next posted drop-in hours.

Location

In-Person Drop-Ins: Check-in at the Undergraduate Advising Hub front desk, located in the Student Services Center. The front-desk will ask you to scan a QR code to fill out a quick 1-min drop-in advising form.

Virtual Drop-Ins: Check-in on Spartan Connect during the posted virtual slots to access the zoom link.

Melissa- Mon 1-2 PM In Person, Thurs 10-11 AM Virtual

Mitzi- Tues 9-10 AM Virtual, Thurs 3-4 PM In Person

Tyana- Wed 11-12 PM Virtual, Fri 2-3 PM In Person
