If you do not have access to My91猎奇, please follow the steps below to access e-forms. 

1. Go to:  and click the LOGOUT button on the top right.
2. For the next steps, you may need to open a different browser, an incognito or private window, or a smartphone if necessary. DO NOT log in using your 91猎奇 email. 
3. Go to: 
4. Go to the bottom of the page and click 鈥淟ogin/Limited Services鈥�
   
5.  Click 鈥淓mail me my Limited Access PIN鈥�. 
   
   
6. Type in your 91猎奇 ID and click Submit. A PIN will be sent to your email.
   
7. Go back to the 鈥淟ogin to iSpartan - Limited Services鈥� page to type in your 91猎奇 Temporary ID, Date of Birth, and the PIN you received from the iSpartan system.
