Special session forms are mandated. All forms must be completed and submitted to PACE by email at pace@sjsu.edu, or through DocuSign.

1. OnBase - Used to appoint faculty for special session and winter session.
2. - Used to schedule or add a new course.
4.  - Used to update or make changes to an existing course.
