91ÁÔÆæ College Corps

The College Corps is a historic state level investment in service that creates pathways for students who commit to serve for an academic year. 91ÁÔÆæ undergraduate students who complete 450 hours of service through the College Corps will receive up to $10,000 to help pay for college.

Research Team

Our ongoing research program explores the effects of service learning on current college students, alumni, faculty, and community organizations. We utilize both quantitative and qualitative methodology. Our undergraduate and graduate student research team provides for credit and occasionally paid research opportunities.

Perspectives Peer Leaders

The Perspectives team assesses, implements and evaluates constructive dialogue efforts on campus to reduce polarization and increase effective communication, critical thinking, and mutual respect. Perspective peer leaders work with  91ÁÔÆæ VOTES to conduct and promote civic engagement activities.

VET Connect Peer Leaders receive stipends to serve the student veteran community and to educate others about the needs, strengths, and experiences of veteran and military students.

The Strauss Foundation Scholarship encourages young leaders from California colleges and universities to undertake a high-impact project in public service or social change.
