College of Science students must complete the βIntent to Change Majors Google Formβ to express their interest in pursuing a change of major every semester until they have successfully been accepted to the new major. Email science-advisingcenter@sjsu.edu, to request access to this form.
Students on Progress Notice are subject to disqualification in the major. See the College of Science Academic Notice policy for more information.
