Room Change Process- Spring 2025
The room change process will start on Monday, January 27, 2025 at 12pm Noon and will end on Friday, February 7th at 9am..
If you would like a room swap or room change this Spring, please fill out the google form located .
Timeline for the Room Swap process
Monday, January 27th at 12pm Noon- Room Change process opens, google form available to fill out on Housing website
Friday, February 7th at 9am- Room Change process closes, late requests will NOT be accepted
Wednesday, February 12th by 5pm- you will be notified if your room change/swap is approved or not. You may NOT move unless your room change/swap is approved via email.
Friday, February 14th between 1pm and 5pm- if your room change/ swap was approved, please come to the CVB RAC to check in and begin moving.
Sunday, February 16th at 10pm- all moves must be completed, and you must officially check out with a RA.

Remember These Dates!
- Monday, February 24th at 10am through Thursday, March 6th at 5pm--Complete online application and make initial housing payment (Step 1)
- Thursday, March 6th at 5pm--Last day to submit completed application and pay the initial housing payment by 5pm
- Thursday, March 11th through Thursday, March 13th—Renew Your Current Room Sign Up (Step 2)
- Tuesday, March 18th AND Tuesday, April 15th--Final Spring 2025 Housing Installment Payment Plan payments are due. Keep in mind that if you are currently enrolled, or plan on enrolling in the Spring 2025 Housing Installment Payment Plan, you must be current with all of your spring payments to be eligible to participate in the Returning Resident Process. No payment extensions will be granted.
- Tuesday, March 18th through Thursday, March 20th--Create Roommate Groups (Step 3)
- Monday, April 7th--Room Selection day/time notification for Roommate Groups
- Tuesday, April 15th through Thursday, April 17th- Online Room Selection (Step 4)

Spartan Village on the Paseo, 91ÁÔÆæ's First and Newest Off-Campus Residence Hall, Opens August 2024
Approximately 670 new student beds will occupy what is currently the south tower of the San José Hilton Signia luxury hotel complex in the heart of downtown.
Double, triple and quad room types will be available. The quads include a separate living room area in each unit. All units will have a private full bathroom.
Amenities will include dining and community kitchen facilities, fitness center, gaming room, mail services, and study and recreational lounges. All residents will be required to select one of three exclusive meal plans.
Housing staff will also live on site including professional Residential Life Coordinators (RLC) and student Resident Advisors (RA's).
New students can apply beginning March 5. Returning students can apply starting February 26. Find out how to apply.

In order to have your mail forwarded, please follow the instructions below. Mail will only be forwarded for 3 months or for summer only if you are returning in the fall.
- Notify your family, friends, 91ÁÔÆæ departments, bill collectors, and any other businesses
you send mail to, or receive mail from, of your new address.
