For students who are planning to attend a California Community College (CCC) after high school, the Transfer Success Pathway (TSP) is a program that began with the high school graduating class of 2023 and provides a dual admission opportunity for eligible first-time, first-year students who commit to transferring to a California State University (CSU) from a CCC within three years. The program is designed to increase access to the CSU for students who have faced academic, financial, or personal hardships that previously prevented them from attending.
