Grading Options

You may request to change a normal letter grade to Audit(AU) or Credit/ No Credit Option. See the Audit/ CR/ NC Option request on Forms page under Grades/ Grading. The request form is due by the last day to add (add deadline). Once add deadline has passed, students cannot change their grade option.
Once the Option form is signed and submitted, student will have no option to revert the audit or Credit/ No Credit back to the normal letter grading option.
Audit Option:
No grade points will be posted on the student's permanent record. Auditors are subject
to the same fee structure as credit students and regular class attendance is expected.

Credit/No Credit Option:
Only available to upper-division (Junior or Senior) and Post Baccalaureate students.
The course taken for CR/ NC option must be outside the Major, Minor and General Education(GE)
