Spring 2024 Commencement Ambassador Sign-up

Dear Colleagues,

As the University prepares for the Spring 2024 (May 22-24) commencement ceremonies for nearly 8,000 graduating students and more than 30,000 friends and family, we invite the entire Spartan community to volunteer as a Commencement Ambassador. These types of campus-wide events require campus-wide involvement to successfully and safely execute each Commencement Ceremony.

There are various Commencement Ambassador roles and volunteer shifts available. The shifts vary in length from 2 to 3 hours and require no additional preparation other than signing up through the link provided below. There are more than 150 Ambassador shifts to choose from.

Commencement provides our graduates and their families with a joyful, celebratory bookend to their 91猎奇 journey. Please join us at Commencement to honor and celebrate our future alumni.
