John Delacruz San Jose State University

Associate Professor John Delacruz is responsible for the Creative Track of San Jose State’s Advertising program and developing partnerships between industry and education. He also develops collaborative projects for students nationally and internationally. His research interests focus around teaching, learning and creativity, principally how experiential learning spaces impact on the creative disciplines, as well as mentorship/peer learning in creative teams.

Sherri Harvey currently teaches English at San Jose State University and Foothill College. She holds an MA and an MFA. She is an Adobe Digital Ambassador and believes in the power of story, of which Adobe Spark and Premiere Rush have the power to showcase. Evelyn Thorne is adjunct faculty in the Creative Arts Program and the Child & Adolescent Development Department at San Jose State University.  Her work advocates for an expansive understanding of creativity in everyday life and recognizing the impact systems of oppression have on creative development. As a writer, educator, and facilitator, she helps people unlearn misconceptions and limited beliefs about their creative identities.

Tina Korani is an Assistant Professor of Media Design in the School of Journalism and Mass Communication at San Jose State University. Her creative research explores digital experience design, digital storytelling, interactive media, and immersive technology. As a designer and builder of interactive technologies, her goal is to explore how these innovations can improve, augment, and support the learning experience.

James Morgan is an artist, educator and researcher. He has an MFA in Digital Media Art from the CADRE Laboratory for New Media. Where he teaches new media art and game studies. He has worked as a curator in virtual and real spaces and is a founding member of the Virtual Reality Laboratory Academic Advisory board.
