Faculty, Staff and Students can use the system for:

- Changing or Updating:
- Address, Email, and Phone
- Emergency Contacts
- Preferred Name
This system is used by faculty, staff and student employees, as well as applicants for employment.
Employees can use the system to:
- Apply for Jobs
- Enroll in Training Classes
- Enter and Approve Time and Absences
- Manage Benefits
- Process Various Transactions (with appropriate access)
- Run Reports (with appropriate access)
- View Paycheck Data
