  • Applicant and Admission Data
  • Class Rosters
  • Enroll in Classes and View Records
  • Financial Aid
  • Grading
  • Pay Bills
  • Schedule of Classes

Faculty, Staff and Students can use the system for:

  • Alert-91ÁÔÆæ Enrollment and Maintenance
  • Changing or Updating:
  • Address, Email, and Phone
  • Emergency Contacts
  • Preferred Name

 

This system is used by faculty, staff and student employees, as well as applicants for employment.

Employees can use the system to:

  • Apply for Jobs
  • Enroll in Training Classes
  • Enter and Approve Time and Absences
  • Manage Benefits
  • Process Various Transactions (with appropriate access)
  • Run Reports (with appropriate access)
  • View Paycheck Data
