Getting Your Tower Card

For Staff & Faculty:

Your Tower Card is your campus identification and your access to most buildings and some rooms on campus. You must complete this two-step process to get your Tower Card.

  1. Activate your 91ÁÔÆæOne and Duo accounts
    • Please note, after receiving notice that your email has been created, it may take up to 48 hours before you can activate your 91ÁÔÆæOne and Duo accounts. These must be active before continuing this process.
  3. Log into with your 91ÁÔÆæOne account
  4. Complete the and your Tower Card will be generated and held at University Personnel for pick up on your first day of employment. For inquiries or assistance with troubleshooting, please email university-personnel@sjsu.edu (you must be logged in to in order to access the form)

Student cards are issued at the Tower Card windows in the Bursar’s Office located in the Student Services Center.
